Rental standard of Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10.00 h. This mount can be adjusted after consultation.
Rent
Next months are for rent at 975 € / week.
- Jan, Feb, March, Oct, Nov and December
Next months are for rent at 1,250 € / week.
- April, May, June and September
Next months are available for rent at 1,550 € / week.
- July and August
Discount
- 2 weeks -10%
- 3 weeks - 15%
- 4 weeks - 20%
-In the rental rates is all the energy costs included, also in the rental rates for the winter.
-mandatory flat rate service and bed and bath linen is not included in the rental price, price 185 eur
This includes:
- cleaning of the holiday home on the day of arrival
- pool and domain maintenance
- bedding
- set of kitchen linen = 6 tea towels and 3 kitchen towels
- kitchen set at the start of the rental period: dishcloth, shampoo, liquid detergent and
Dishwasher products
- beds are covered with fresh linens upon your arrival
- 30% deposit must be paid upon reservation. balance shall, not later than 3 weeks before the start of the rental period to be fully paid up.
- Deposit for the property = 1200 eur, likewise about at payment balance.
the amount will be returned within 14 days after your stay integral weather on your account if no deductions are payable.
- rent towels package per person = 12 eur (2 towels and 2 shower towels)
